Las Palomas residents enjoy many luxury services from our HOA, including a full-time general manager.

- Concierge package delivery/handling from 6am-10pm

- Concierge visitor announcement 6am-10pm

- Gardeners on staff 5 days/week keep our communal gardens beautiful

- Gardening staff maintains all residents' gardens in front of their patio walls

- Gardening staff will plant your plantings for you

- All trees in common areas and in front resident gardens are maintained by the HOA.



Las Palomas has an abundance of amenities for those seeking an active lifestyle:

  • Lighted sports court with basketball, tennis, tennis backboard and pickle ball

  • Two swimming pools

  • Walkways all around the interior of Las Palomas

  • Our very own “Woof-Gang” dog park, as well as a weekly pup social hour

Las Palomas is a community in every sense of the word. We know each other. Our members plan regular social gathering throughout the year, including monthly gatherings of our book club and ladies luncheons.


Las Palomas is also run by its members through an annually-elected volunteer board consisting of: president, vice president, treasurer, secretary and a director. It is also one of the few communities in Scottsdale with a full-time general manager, a full-time staff to operate our gatehouse 7 days a week, and a full-time maintenance crew. The general manager reports to the HOA president, and all other employees, directly or indirectly, report to the general manager. Our residents are bound to abide by the articles of incorporation, bi-laws, CC&Rs, and regulations of the HOA,  all available to view below in their respective PDFs.
